This is referencing the recurring theme in Korean movies that all gay men are French/live in or have lived in France/speak French/pretty much anything to do with France. See Antique Bakery and Hello My Love.

Why? And what’s with those glasses??” Jane: ”What is this really about? Huh? You wanted me to make the fucking scarf stay and I did.” Casey: “BUT HES BLEEDING AND PASSED OUT!” Jane: “Ok, you know what…not my problem…so what?
